Just a friendly reminder that on Saturday, February 27th Canadian Nursing Student Association in conjunction with MUNSS Education will be hosting 6 AMAZING McMaster alumni RNs who are taking time out of their busy schedules to come give students some advice about their fields of practice. Speakers will be discussing their roles, how they got those roles, and why they are passionate about what they do. This is a great opportunity to learn a bit more about what options having a BScN degree opens up, how to prepare for the transition from university to the workforce, what continuing education may be needed to get your dream job, and how to stand out in interviews. All this is useful no matter what level you are in.
There will be lots of SNACKS available on a first come first serve basis. We ask that you register on the Google Form before coming, BUT know this is FREE and YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER FOR THE WHOLE DAY. Parking is free at the college on weekends and the event is in 2A301 at Conestoga College. I hope to see all your lovely faces there at some point in the day.
