Tilda Shalof Event at McMaster

Remember in first year when you had to read A Nurse’s Story by Tilda Shalof and write a paper on nursing concepts? And remember how at first you were not looking forward to writing your first PBL paper? But do you then remember being BLOWN AWAY by her writing; her career as a nurse; and her vulnerability, her stories and her insights into nursing? Well McMaster University is welcoming Tilda Shalof on Monday March 30th to speak with us about nursing and what we are working for during our busy years at school!!!
To celebrate the end of another great year of nursing in the BScN Program, MUNSS welcomes you to attend a FREE event where we will hear from Tilda Shalof on topics that YOU want to know about. Not only will you get to hear from an experienced nurse, but you also have the chance to win 1 of 10 books written by Tilda Shalof! We are asking you to submit questions you want answered by Tilda Shalof to *education@munss.ca* which will then be posted on Facebook and voted on by your fellow nursing students. The questions that are most popular will be forwarded to Tilda so that she can prepare answers for them, and the top ten most popular questions will win a signed book from Tilda Shalof!
We ask that if you are planning on attending this event you RSVP to *education@munss.ca* by Friday March 27th. There is a limited number of spots so please RSVP as soon as you can! In your RSVP email we welcome you to send us a question about nursing that you would like answered by Tilda Shalof. No question is too silly, too strange or too difficult. If you have a question you want answered we ask that you email them by next Tuesday (the 24th) at noon so that they can be voted on and forwarded to Tilda.
Also, did I mention that there will be free refreshments at this event?
